So this is the last day of my holidays and it's back to work tomorrow.

I hate it!!!!!!!! So I have taken steps this evening to look for something else. It's not like I don't like the variety of the job, it's mainly the management etc. You're not looked after personally or financially like I've had in other jobs and quite frankly, I don't think that in this day and age you should be treated so unfairly!

Put simple, the wages are shit, the holidays are shit and god forbid if you wanna take sick time for yourself or the kids cos it's frowned upon BIG TIME, well at least for those who NEVER make a habit of taking it in the first place. You get the sherkers who constantly take a Monday morning off for getting pissed the night before and don't get a nudge up the dole line from the partners, but should you be like me and drag yourself to work like a martyr, then it's possibly the worst mistake you can make !!!!

If you get in with local government, you're pretty much on to a winner, I was unfortunate enough to resign from such a position and boy have I paid for it! So me thinks it's time to get back in there and work for employers that REALLY appreciate you and give you the fair play for turning up in the first place!
