.....my dog died today, hadnt seen her in years as she went back to breeder cos she was a bit demented and I thought that I was being kinder to her to return her to her 'home' with her brothers and sisters who had also been returned for being a bit loopy

Nevertheless, was a sad day as I thought of all the good times and felt a terrible tug at the heart strings and that there was only one thing i could do to ease my conscience and help out the lady who had looked after her for these past couple of years and that was pay for her cremation which is set for this Monday.

The lady has stated that she will have her brought home in a casket and a plaque placed upon the box and when she dies she wants to be buried with 'all' of her dogs ashes as they are her world.

Some of my friends think she's completely off it, but I think, what a nice change it makes to the thousands of people who consistently abuse animals and leave them at teh side of the road to die without EVER thinking of them and only themselves.
